2jat Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 2jat ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern all aspects of your access to and use of the 2jat website located at 2jat.pro, including but not limited to the sports betting section, casino games, live casino, slot games, bingo, and any mobile application associated with the platform.

Accessing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager in any section of 2jat constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules or conditions applicable to specific products, promotions, or games on the platform — in the event of any conflict, the specific product or promotion rules take precedence for that particular feature.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 2jat, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 2jat account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC.
• You must have a valid Pakistani mobile number and email address that belong to you.

2jat reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, or address at any point during the registration process or at any subsequent time. This typically involves submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and in some cases a selfie holding the document. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in the account being suspended until verification is completed, and may result in permanent closure if documents cannot be verified.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 2jat platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any outstanding balances may be voided pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 2jat will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 2jat support immediately. The platform will take appropriate steps to investigate and secure the account. Until such time as the investigation is complete, account activity may be restricted.

• Keep your password confidential and change it regularly.
• Do not log in to your account from shared or public devices if possible.
• Notify support immediately if you notice any activity on your account that you did not initiate.
• Ensure the contact details on your account — email, mobile number, and payment methods — are kept current and accurate.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 2jat platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer to Pakistani banks, Visa debit and credit cards, and Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance promptly following confirmation from your payment provider. 2jat does not control the processing times of third-party payment providers and is not responsible for delays caused by external systems.

Withdrawal requests are processed by 2jat subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (CNIC and payment method verification complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available balance, which excludes any locked bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as your verified 2jat account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method — PKR 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, PKR 1,000 for Raast, bank transfer, and card withdrawals.
• 2jat does not charge platform-side fees for withdrawal processing. Your payment provider may apply their own charges separately.

2jat reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been identified. This may temporarily delay the processing of the request while the check is conducted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

2jat offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. Accepting a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 2jat promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific offer — must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus or associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

• Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion's terms.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

All games on the 2jat platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, and casino table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer processes. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced or modified by the platform after a round begins.

Sports betting on 2jat is subject to the following general rules:

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the moment of placement, subject to the specific settlement rules for that market.
• 2jat reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error occurred, or where the market was suspended at the time of placement.
• Bets on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, and other sporting events are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless a pricing error is identified.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. The applicable limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

2jat reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, syndicated wagering, or potential match manipulation. This includes reducing maximum bet limits, restricting access to specific markets, or suspending sports betting access entirely for affected accounts.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jat platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, termination, and/or forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or fraudulent financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform, access games, or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the platform — any such errors must be reported to support immediately; winnings resulting from a confirmed bug will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or poker formats.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through any means not expressly permitted by the rules of the relevant game or betting market.
• Accessing the platform through VPN, proxy, or other tools that obscure your genuine location if such access is being used to circumvent account restrictions.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

2jat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account activity presents a security or fraud risk to the platform or other players.

In the event of suspension or closure:

• Any pending bets or active game rounds will be settled according to standard rules where possible; in cases of confirmed fraud or manipulation, they may be voided.
• Where an account is closed for reason of Terms violation, any bonus funds, bonus winnings, and disputed funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any outstanding violations, the available real-money balance will be returned via the player's last used verified withdrawal method after any applicable processing period.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — can do so through the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is explained in further detail in Section 12.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2jat platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of 2jat or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 2jat.

Game software and content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Spribe, and others — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to 2jat for use on the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Privacy

12 Responsible Gaming
