You must be at least 18 years old. Date of birth is collected at registration and confirmed during identity verification (KYC) when you submit your CNIC. If any account is found to belong to someone under 18, it will be closed immediately and all deposits returned. Winnings generated on an underage account are not paid out.

No. Each person is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts — detected through matching mobile numbers, CNIC, payment methods, or device identifiers — will result in all related accounts being suspended. If your previous account was closed and you want to know whether you can open a new one, contact support before registering.

It is important to keep your registered mobile number active — it is used for OTP verification during login from new devices and for password recovery.

Yes. 2jat handles all personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Your CNIC, payment details, and account data are stored securely and not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. To permanently close your account, contact support via live chat or email. Before closure, any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method provided KYC is complete.
